About the Learnership Programme
The 2025 Code 14 Driver Learnership combines theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training, offering learners a well-rounded experience. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a TETA-accredited Certificate: Professional Driving (NQF Level 3), making them highly employable in the trucking industry.

Who Should Apply?
CTA is looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Age: 25 – 35 years old (you must not turn 36 in 2025).
- Education: Highest grade passed must be Matric.
- Licences:
- A Code 10 licence with a valid learner’s licence, OR
- A Code 14 driver’s licence.
- Gender: The opportunity is open to both males and females.
