Scholarship Description:

NJSUT Silk Road Chinese Government Scholarships for Non-Chinese Students is open for International Students . The scholarship allows Masters, PhD level program(s) in the field of All Subjects taught at Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NJUST) . The deadline of the scholarship is 20 May 2024.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    In order to be eligible for scholarship you must meet the following criteria:

    • Academic Qualifications: 

    A strong academic background is required. Preference is given to applicants from universities ranked in the Top 500 of QS World University Rankings or ARWU.

    • Age Limit:

    Master’s degree applicants:
    Under 35 years old.
    PhD applicants:
    Under 40 years old.

    • Respectful Conduct:

    Upholding Chinese laws and customs is mandatory.

    Gather the following documents to complete your application:

    • Valid Passport:

    Expiry date must be after December 2024.

    • Academic Credentials:

    Official transcripts and notarized copies of your degree certificates.

    • Language Proficiency:

    Proof of English (IELTS/TOEFL) or Chinese (HSK) language skills as required by your chosen program.

    • Recommendation Letters:

    Two letters from professors or associate professors highlighting your academic and research capabilities.

    • Comprehensive CV:

    Detailing your academic background, professional experience, and relevant skills.

    • NJUST-Approved Research Plan:

    Developed in collaboration with a potential NJUST professor who supports your study project.

    • Health and Background Checks:

    Completed physical examination form and a non-criminal record report.

    • Application Fee Payment Receipt:

    Proof of payment for the application fee.
