Junior Talent Acquisition Partner

IDM is growing quickly and needs a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People Team and will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and assisting with onboarding new hires for Internal and External vacancies.

Tasks and responsibilities to be expected in the role:

  • Utilize the ATS to manage the administration of the recruitment process efficiently, including requesting candidate documents and updating candidate statuses.
  • Correspond with candidates to schedule open days and interviews, provide updates on their application status, and respond to inquiries.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate background checks and reference checks for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation schedules and sending out new joiner information emails.
  • Create and manage job postings on the ATS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of job descriptions, if required.

 

Requirements we would like you to meet:

  • Minimum qualification National Diploma or equivalent in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Recruitment Agency experience will be advantageous
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in the IDMGroup
  • Basic knowledge of Labour Law practices & Acts
  • Recruitment system experience – beneficial
  • Experience in coordinating tasks, meetings, interviews
  • Experience working on Excel and Power Point, compiling reports and presentations
