ABOUT THE COMPANY

Who Can Apply
Current grade 12 or university students that intend to or are currently enrolled full-time for the degree of choice at a South African public university.
Please Note: Only specific fields of study (for Undergraduate, Honours, MSc and PhD) and thematic areas (for MSc and Phd) will be considered.

Certified copy of Applicant RSA ID
A copy of your CV
2023 (or last completed qualification) end-of-year Official Final Academic results (official institution report) [or police affidavit stating why student wasn’t schooling]
2024 latest (June, etc) Official Academic Results (official institution report) [or police affidavit stating why the student wasn’t schooling]- OPTIONAL
Admission Letter for 2025 Study Programme(proof of provisional university acceptance.)- OPTIONAL
2024 Proof of Registration if studying in 2024 – OPTIONAL
If Applicant is disabled? Submit Dept. of Labour Employment Equity Act (EEA1) Form AND a Doctors’ Letter *
Certified Copy of Applicant’s Matric Certificate
Scholars in matric/ gap year must submit
Certified copy of their grade 11 report
Masters & PHD Applicants must submit
- Recommendation letter by Supervisor (compulsory for master’s and doctoral applicants).
Important Note About Documents:
All certified documents must be less than 3 months old.
*Where you have multiple documents for 1 submission, please combine/scan them into 1 file that you can upload.
For applicants under the age of 18, to comply with POPI regulations a signed consent form completed by your parent/legal guardian along with a certified copy of their proof of identity is required.
