The Vodacom e-waste Learnership Programme is designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills needed to thrive in the e-waste management industry. This programme offers a unique opportunity to work with an e-waste company in Gauteng, where you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from industry professionals.
Who Can Apply?
To be considered for this Learnership programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old
- Education: Minimum of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science.
- Must be from a disadvantaged background (Focus will be on quintile 1-3 schools.)
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or educational programme.
- Citizenship: South African citizen with a valid ID
- Residency: Reside in Gauteng Province (proof of residence required)
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attributes: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team environment.

The Learnership programme offers a range of benefits, including:
- Stipend: Receive a monthly stipend to cover basic expenses.
