What Does It Cover?
This UFH SCM Internship is a unique, fixed-term (12-month) programme that offers 3 positions to help you gain invaluable experience. During your internship, you’ll be actively involved in various crucial tasks, including:
- Assisting with preparing procurement plans and forecasts.
- Supporting end-users with procurement requests and specifications.
- Maintaining demand management records and conducting needs analysis.
- Helping out with Requests for Quotations (RFQs), tenders, and bid documentation.
- Attending bid meetings as an observer to learn the ropes.
- Ensuring everything complies with SCM procedures.
- Assisting with contracts management and filing.
- Processing travel requisitions and coordinating travel.
- Providing all-around administrative support across the SCM functions.
You’ll gain practical work experience, understand public sector legislative frameworks, and develop essential administrative and analytical skills – all vital for a successful SCM career!
