Applications are now open for the 2026 Toyota Graduate Training Programme. Toyota invites graduates to move their career to the next level through an exciting 2-year development opportunity aimed at producing future leaders. For the past 2 decades Toyota has been a market leader in the Automotive industry. Our organisation is based in Durban and Johannesburg and offers the opportunity of a structured career progression programme in various sectors including Engineering, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Commerce and Human Resources.

Requirements
- Applicants must be in their final year of studying or have completed the required qualification
- Minimum NQF6 – (360 credits)
- Qualifications:
- Engineering – BSc/BTech/BEng: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Civil
- Supply Chain – BTech/BCom
- Computer Science/Coding – BSc
- Marketing – BCom
- Economics – BCom
- LLB – Bachelor (Four-year Law Degree)
- Management/Communications – BSoc Sci/BCom/BA
- Chartered Accountant – served articles at one of the Big 4 auditing firms.
- CIMA / l3 CIMA
- Accounting /Management accounting – BCom
- Business Administration – BBusSci/BBA
- Information Technology – BSc/BTech ND
- Human Resources or Industrial Psychology – BTech/Bcom
