Who Can Apply?

  • You must be a South African citizen.
  • You must NOT be older than 27 years old.
  • You must have successfully completed Matric.
  • You must be studying at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution within South Africa.

Accounting (CA Stream – SAICA) Bursary:

  • Studying towards a BCom Accounting or BAcc (CA stream) degree.
  • Entering your 2nd, 3rd, 4th year of study or PGDA / CTA.
  • Achieved a minimum overall average of 65%.
  • Achieved a minimum result of 65% for Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation subjects.

Biological and Agricultural Sciences Bursary:

  • Studying towards a BSc in Microbiology, Plant Pathology, Botany, Zoology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or any Agricultural degree.
  • Entering your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study.
  • Achieved a minimum overall average of 60%.

Data Science Bursary:

  • Studying towards a degree or postgraduate qualification in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Quantitative Management (or similar quantitative degree), Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Data Engineering.
  • In your 2nd, 3rd, 4th year of study or Honours.
  • Achieved a minimum overall average of 60%.
  • Achieved a minimum result of 65% for Mathematics from your 2nd year of study.

Food Science Bursary:

  • Studying towards a Food Technology (Food Tech) or Food Science degree.
  • Entering your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study.
  • Achieved a minimum overall average of 60%.

Information Technology/Systems Bursary:

  • Studying towards a BSc/BCom majoring in Information Technology/Systems Analysis.
  • In your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study.
  • Achieved a minimum overall average of 60%.

Retail Business Management Bursary:

  • Studying towards a Diploma in Retail Business Management.
  • Entering your 1st, 2nd, 3rd year or 4th year (Advanced Diploma) of study.
  • Achieved a minimum overall average of 65%.

Supply Chain & Logistics Bursary:

  • Studying towards a BCom in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/BSc Operational Research, or a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management.
  • Entering your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study.
  • Achieved a minimum overall average of 60%.
