The Ireland Fellows Programme offers a fully funded one-year master’s level programme at a higher education institution in Ireland, covering programme fees, flights, accommodation, and living costs.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, applicants must be Namibian residents, have at least two years of relevant work experience, and hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. They must also be working with specific Namibian ministries and not already hold a master’s degree.

What Does It Cover?

The bursary covers programme fees, visa application fees, medical and travel insurance, economy flights, and the Irish residence permit fee. It also includes a settling-in allowance, completion and departure allowance, monthly living stipend, and accommodation arrangements.

How to Apply?

The application process consists of three stages: Preliminary Application, Detailed Application, and Interviews. Shortlisted applicants will be required to sit an online Duolingo English Test and possibly an IELTS exam.
