While it’s an internship, it’s your stepping stone to a funded future, offering valuable work experience and a stipend to help you along the way!
This program is designed for unemployed graduates who’ve completed their N6 Certificate in a finance-related field from a TVET College or Public Higher Education Institution. You’ll gain practical experience at the stunning Table Mountain National Park in Tokai, Western Cape. Think of it as getting paid to learn and contribute to one of South Africa’s most iconic natural treasures!
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for this fantastic opportunity, here’s what you need:
- You must be an unemployed South African citizen.
- You should be between 18 and 35 years old.
- You must have completed an N6 Certificate (18 months theoretical component) from a South African public Higher Education Institution in one of the specified fields.
- You must NOT have been previously employed or participated in any other internship or placement programme.
What Does It Cover?
This isn’t just an internship; it’s a launchpad for your career in finance, logistics, or business management! Here’s what’s on offer:

Work Experience: You’ll be placed in the Finance Division at Table Mountain National Park, gaining hands-on experience in areas like Financial Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Internal Auditing, or Business Management. There are 2 spots available for N6 graduates in these fields.

Stipend: You’ll receive a monthly stipend of R3,728.90 to help cover your living expenses while you learn and grow.

Duration: This is a fixed-term placement that will run until 31 March 2027. Please note that SANParks is not obliged to offer permanent employment after the internship ends, but the experience you gain will be invaluable!
