- Energy
- Engineering
- Environmental Health
- Finance
- Information Technology
- Mining
- Public & Business Management
- Or other scarce and critical skills that the municipality needs (the Executive Mayor gets the final say here!)
- You must be studying or provisionally accepted at a PUBLIC university or public institution of higher learning in South Africa.
- Your chosen qualification needs to have a minimum duration of 1 year, or 3-4 academic years for degrees.
- Your combined household income should be R350,000 per year or LESS.
- Bonus points if your family is on the indigent database or comes from a disadvantaged background – they give preference to these applications!
