The 12-18 month programme equips you with the skills needed to succeed in your career, professionally and personally. Upon completion of the programme you will be offered a permanent role at RMB Investment Banking, Global Markets, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Technology or Operations.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree (Honours degree or higher) in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Actuarial Science, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Quantitative Management or any other relevant degree that will give you the edge in banking
- Average of 65% and higher
- Less than 12 months’ working experience
- South African citizen
