Who Can Apply?

RAL is on the lookout for talented, unemployed South African graduates aged between 18 and 35, especially those residing in Limpopo. If you’ve completed your National Diploma, Higher Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, or BTech/BSc/BEng in one of the following fields, you could be exactly who they’re looking for:

  • Corporate Services: Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, ICT (A+/N+, Server Support, MTA, MCSE advantageous), Information Science, Archives & Records Management, Facility Management.
  • Finance: Financial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management, Logistics, Asset Management.
  • Engineering: Civil Engineering (for Operations, Planning & Design roles).
  • Land Use Management: Town Planning, Land Survey.
  • Contract Development: Public Administration.
  • Environmental Management: Environmental Management, Environmental Science (BTech or Honours).
  • OHS: Health and Safety Management, Mining Health and Safety.
  • Office of the CEO: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) for Company Secretary and Legal Services roles.
  • Internal Audit: Internal Auditing.
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance: Risk Management.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Development Studies, Social Science, Public Management.
  • Stakeholder Relations Management: Social Sciences (Development Studies, Community Development).

To be eligible, you’ll need your Matric/Grade 12 certificate (or equivalent), computer literacy, and the following documents:

  • Certified copies of your academic transcript, qualifications, and Identity Document.
  • A detailed CV with at least two contactable referees.
  • A cover letter clearly stating the position you’re applying for.

Important notes: If you have foreign qualifications, they must be accompanied by a SAQA evaluation. Also, if you’ve previously participated in internships at government or state-owned entities, you are unfortunately not eligible. RAL encourages persons with disabilities to apply.
