What Does It Cover?
This comprehensive Apprenticeship Programme is designed to give you a well-rounded education and practical experience. Here’s what you can expect:
- Intensive On-the-Job Training: You’ll be working directly on plant processes, gaining invaluable practical exposure.
- FP&M Seta Theoretical Modules: You’ll complete all the necessary theoretical modules for your chosen trade.
- Practical Exposure: Learn about plant maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving firsthand.
- Diverse Trades: Opportunities are available in high-demand fields such as:
- Millwrights
- Boilermakers
- Electricians
- Fitters & Turners
- Diesel Mechanics
- Programme Contract: You will sign an 18-month apprenticeship contract with PG Bison and FP&M Seta, formalising your journey.
- Daily Duties: Your responsibilities will include recording workplace experiences in logbooks, attending all theoretical learning sessions, and providing support to production processes to ensure reliability and availability.
