Minimum Educational qualification: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration , IT and Computer Science
Position Type: National Service Contract (12 months)
Your responsibilities…
You will
- Assist in day-to-day operations within your assigned department.
- Support ongoing projects with research, analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Participate in Nestlé’s training programs, learning modules and mentorship initiatives.
- Contribute creative ideas and proactive solutions to team objectives.
- Uphold Nestlé’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, IT and Computer Science
- Completed National service eligibility requirements (per local legislation).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, agility, and willingness to learn.

- Ability to speak French is an added advantage.
