- You must have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- You need an N2 trade theory qualification relevant to your chosen trade (this means your N2 subjects should align with either Boilermaking or Mechanical Fitting).
- You’ll need an updated, detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Be prepared to undergo thorough screening and assessment processes.
- You must be ready and able to sign a learnership contract with Msobo Coal.
Also, please note that appointment to this programme is subject to obtaining a valid certificate of fitness as required by the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA).
