Learnership for People Living with a Disability – In-store Sales Consultant

This Learnership program offers a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience as an In-store Sales Consultant. We are urgently seeking dedicated individuals available to start immediately.

About the Learnership

This Learnership is designed to provide comprehensive training and practical experience in a retail sales environment. As an In-store Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and contributing to sales targets. This is a full-time commitment with daily attendance required, offering a structured learning path.

Who Should Apply?

To be considered for this Learnership, you must meet the following criteria:

• You are an individual living with a disability.
• You are aged between 18 and 34 years.
• You have completed Grade 10, Grade 11, or possess a Grade 12 Certificate.
• You must have a clear credit record.
• Important: You must not be a graduate (e.g., NQF Level 5 or higher).
• Important: You must not have completed any prior related learnerships (e.g., NQF 3 – NQF 4).
• You are available to start immediately.
• You are committed to daily attendance.
