About the Learnership

Position: In-store Sales Consultant

Location: Brits, North West (Opportunities may also be available nationwide, inquire during the application process if you are outside Brits.)

Commitment: This is a full-time learnership requiring daily attendance.

This Learnership offers a chance to develop your skills, gain work experience, and earn a recognized qualification while contributing to a vibrant sales team.

Who Should Apply? (Requirements)

We are looking for dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• You are living with a disability (please see the list below for accepted categories).
• You have successfully completed Grade 10, Grade 11, or Grade 12.
• You are between the ages of 18 and 34.
• You have a clear credit record.
• You are NOT a university graduate (this learnership is for entry-level candidates).
• You have NOT completed any prior related learnerships.
• You do NOT hold existing NQF Level 3 or 4 qualifications from previous learnerships (Grade 12 certificate is acceptable).
• You are available to start immediately and can commit to daily attendance.

Disabilities Considered for this Learnership

Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following types of disabilities. Please note that some categories may require a SARS ITR DD Form for verification:

• Developmental Disabilities: Including ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and Epilepsy.
