Are you a young, motivated South African living with a disability and looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career? An undisclosed company is offering a Learnership for an In-store Sales Consultant position.

About the Learnership

This learnership is designed to provide comprehensive training and practical experience in an in-store sales environment. You will gain valuable skills, receive a monthly stipend, and work towards a potential qualification. This is a full-time commitment requiring daily attendance.

Location

The primary location for this learnership is Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. While the listing mentions potential nationwide opportunities, specific placements will be confirmed upon application.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:

• South African citizen living with a disability.
• Aged between 18 and 34 years.
• Completed Grade 10, Grade 11, or possess a Grade 12 Certificate.
• Have a clear credit record.
• Must NOT be a university graduate.
• Must NOT have completed any prior related learnerships.
• Must NOT currently hold an NQF Level 3 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Available to start immediately and commit to daily attendance.

Responsibilities (Expected)

As an In-store Sales Consultant Learnership participant, your duties may include:

• Assisting customers with inquiries and product selection.
• Promoting and selling products within the store.
• Maintaining a tidy and organised sales environment.
• Contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
