This programme is designed to equip you with valuable sales and customer service skills, helping you achieve a formal qualification while gaining practical work experience.

About the Learnership

This Learnership is a structured training programme aimed at developing your skills in a retail environment. You will work as an In-store Sales Consultant, interacting directly with customers and contributing to a dynamic sales team.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them through purchasing decisions.
• Promote various products and services offered by the company.
• Maintain a tidy and appealing store environment.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Learn and apply retail sales best practices.

Who Should Apply? (Requirements)

We are looking for dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• You must be living with a disability.
• Aged between 18 and 34 years old.
• Hold a minimum of Grade 10, Grade 11, or a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Have a clear credit record.
• Are not a university graduate.
• Have not previously completed a learnership related to this field.
• Do not hold an NQF Level 3 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Available to start immediately and commit to daily attendance.
