This program is designed to provide valuable skills and practical experience in a dynamic retail environment.
What is a Learnership?
A learnership is a work-based learning programme that leads to an NQF-registered qualification. It’s a fantastic way to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience, making you more employable in the future.
Your Role as an In-store Sales Consultant
As an In-store Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the brand, assisting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect products. You’ll learn essential sales techniques, customer service skills, and how to operate effectively within a retail setting.
Who Should Apply? (Requirements)
We are looking for passionate and committed individuals who meet the following criteria:
- You are between 18 and 34 years old.
- You have successfully completed Grade 10, Grade 11, or Grade 12.
- You are living with a disability (a medical letter will be required).
- You have a clear credit record.
- You have not previously completed a related learnership.
- You do not currently hold an NQF Level 3 or 4 qualification.
- You are available to start immediately and commit to daily attendance.
Locations
This learnership is primarily available in Pretoria, with potential opportunities across South Africa (“Nationwide”).
