This Learnership program is specifically designed for individuals with disabilities who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic retail environment. As an In-store Sales Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and product knowledge, setting a strong foundation for your professional journey.

Location

This Learnership is primarily based in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. While this specific opportunity is for Thabazimbi, nationwide opportunities may also arise through our programs.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• South African citizens living with a disability.
• Ages between 18 and 34 years old.
• Completed Grade 10, Grade 11, or Grade 12.
• Must have a clear credit record.
• Important: You must NOT be a university graduate and must NOT have completed any prior related learnerships.
• You must NOT have an NQF Level 3 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Must be available to start immediately and commit to daily attendance.

Your Role as an In-store Sales Consultant (Learner)

As a Learner, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.
• Maintaining an organised and appealing store environment.
• Learning about product features and benefits to effectively inform customers.
• Achieving sales targets under supervision.
