About the Role

As an IT Field Technician, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and systems directly at client locations. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our clients have reliable and efficient technology, helping their businesses thrive.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software at various client sites.
• Quickly diagnose and fix technical problems to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular maintenance and system updates to keep everything running optimally.
• Provide friendly and clear technical support and training to end-users.
• Travel frequently to different client locations as needed within assigned regions.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and manage inventory.
• Uphold company policies, demonstrating honesty and integrity in all tasks.

What You’ll Need (Requirements)

• Your Own Gear: A reliable personal vehicle, a mobile phone, and a laptop are essential for this role.
• Tech Savvy: Strong computer literacy and comfortable with common operating systems and software.
• Ready to Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.
• Integrity Check: Ability to pass regular polygraph tests related to honesty and being drug-free.
• Problem Solver: Excellent ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Clear Communicator: Great communication skills to explain technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Experience: Previous experience in IT support or field service roles is a plus, but not strictly required – we welcome dedicated learners!

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical certifications will be a strong advantage.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
