This vital role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and systems at various client locations. What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software efficiently at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine system maintenance and apply necessary updates.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and user training to end-users.
• Travel to various client locations within the assigned regions as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all work performed and manage inventory accurately.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity.

What You’ll Need (Requirements & Qualifications)

Essentials:

• Your Own Transport: A reliable personal vehicle, a mobile phone, and a laptop are mandatory for this role.
• Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tech Savvy: Strong computer literacy and comfortable working with common operating systems and software.
• Ready to Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions to service clients.
• Trustworthy: Ability to successfully pass regular polygraph tests concerning honesty and drug-free compliance.
• Problem Solver: Excellent skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues independently.
• Communicator: Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a significant advantage.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued member of a team.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when project demands require.

Advantageous (but not mandatory):

• Prior experience in IT support or field service roles will be a plus, but we encourage all passionate and qualified individuals to apply!
