About the Role

As a Trade Operations Analyst, you will be at the heart of the financial trading environment, responsible for supporting the full trade life cycle. This includes everything from trade capture and reconciliation to settlement and reporting. You will work closely with traders, compliance, and other back-office teams to ensure all operations adhere to strict regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process daily trade activities across various asset classes.
• Reconcile trading positions, cash balances, and P&L.
• Ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and operational issues.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with front office, risk, and technology teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in trade operations, back-office support, or a similar role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with trading systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
