Job Summary

The Department of Social Development is seeking a qualified Town and Regional Planner to join their team.

Requirements

A Bachelors’ Degree in Urban/Town and Regional Planning or relevant qualifications,3 years’ post-qualification professional experience, a valid driver’s license, and compulsory registration with SACPLAN as a Professional Town & Regional Planner.

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for town and regional planning duties, utilizing knowledge of PFMA/DoRA/Treasury Regulations, Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, and other relevant legislation.
