

Tender Administrator (Pretoria)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Administrator with 3-5 years of experience in tender administration and office support. The ideal candidate will handle the full tender process, general administrative duties, and telesales support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and compile tender documents, track tender opportunities, and manage submission deadlines. Ensure compliance with tender specifications and regulatory requirements. Prepare and send out quotations, follow up on quotes, and maintain quotation records. Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and scanning, and assist with office duties. Provide telesales support, maintain call records, and compile reports on tenders, quotes, and telesales activities.
Requirements
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in tender administration or a similar administrative role. Excellent computer literacy, strong administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required, and Afrikaans is an added advantage.
