Job Summary
We are seeking a temporary Admin Lady / Receptionist to provide front-desk reception and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations in Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer and route phone calls professionally
• Greet and assist visitors
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Perform general admin duties (filing, scanning, data entry)
• Assist with scheduling and diary management
• Maintain a tidy reception area
Requirements
• Proven admin or receptionist experience
• Matric
• Well-spoken and presentable
• Good phone etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable, friendly, and organized
• Able to work independently and take initiative
