Team Leader: Quality Assurance & Insights – Operational Delivery
Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join their Quality Assurance & Insights team in Bellville, Western Cape.
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will lead a designated functional team in Operational System Support, prioritising and overseeing work within the Business Support Center and provide subject matter expertise and actionable insights that will influence decision making and improve service delivery across BSC.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of3-5 years’ experience in Quality management or a relative field in an Innovative environment, and at least3 years’ experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
A relevant qualification in Business Administration or Project Management is required, with a Bachelor’s Degree in AWS Data Analytics Speciality or Project Management being an advantage.
Skills and Knowledge
The successful candidate will possess analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and data analytics.
