Team Leader: Business Analytics – Operational Delivery
Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a Business Analysts team in Operational Delivery.
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will prioritize and oversee work within the BSC Operational System Support client-facing departments, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure delivery within contracted timelines.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an operational environment and3 years’ experience in leading a team.
Qualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration is required, with a Bachelor’s Degree being preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
The successful candidate will have analytical, leadership, and project management skills, as well as knowledge of operational process mapping and agile project management.
