Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide recruitment strategy
- Advertising roles across multiple platforms and proactively sourcing top candidates
- Screening applications, conducting interviews, and presenting high-potential talent
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring timely, respectful candidate communication
- Managing offers and supporting onboarding in collaboration with HR
- Building talent pipelines and nurturing passive candidates
- Tracking recruitment metrics and delivering actionable insights
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies
Minimum Requirements
- Matric is essential
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business, or a similar discipline
- At least4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated success in sourcing/placing candidates across diverse roles and organizational levels
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulatory standards governing recruitment processes
