Supervisor / Skilled Fitter or Millwright – HVAC/Ventilation (Johannesburg)

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a small HVAC/ventilation service team in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, site work, client communication, inspections, and report generation. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and client service skills are required.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in HVAC/air filtration and supervising semi-skilled fitters. A valid EB driver’s license is essential, and an HVAC/engineering qualification is advantageous. Computer literacy (MS Office) is also required.
