Software Engineer: Back-End III
Capitec Bank Ltd is looking for a skilled Back-End Software Engineer III to join their team in Sandton, ZA.
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems that power our enterprise applications. They will work within a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end solutions, from architecture and development to deployment and monitoring.
Education (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Education (Ideal or Preferred)
A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
Knowledge and Experience
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in back-end software development using .NET (C#) and/or Python for enterprise-grade applications. They will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices and event-driven architectures in production environments.
Skills
The successful candidate will have analytical skills, attention to detail, communications skills, interpersonal & relationship management skills, and problem-solving skills.
