Job Overview

Manganese Metal Company (MMC), based in Mbombela (Nelspruit, Mpumalanga Province), is seeking a Senior Controller Wet Section (B3). The company is the world’s largest producer of 99.9% electrolytic manganese metal (EMM) and has been in operation since 1974.

Main Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will operate/control the wet section process, ensuring the unit meets its daily throughput and quality requirements to supply the internal customer.

Job Objectives

• Operate the wet section plant to achieve the SQI (Solution Quality Index) target.
• Mixing Chemicals for wet section.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
• Perform housekeeping duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric with Maths and Science
• Minimum of 2-3 years in production environment, including first line maintenance.
