Purpose Statement

We’re looking for a Solutions Architect specializing in HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS components. You’ll report directly to the HR Product Head and play a key role in shaping our digital HR landscape.

Education (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Information Technology – IT Engineering

Education (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology

Knowledge and Experience

Must-Have Expertise:

• Proven mastery of SAP SuccessFactors across all modules
• 5+ years’ experience in solution architecture
• Strong knowledge of integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Business Technology Platform
