Responsibilities

The SAP HCM Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Mapping, analysing, and enhancing HR processes
• Aligning business needs with system capabilities
• Working closely with HR teams to drive HR process optimisation and digital transformation

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis
• 5+ years working experience as a BA in a wide variety of situations, contexts and complexities
• Proven experience working in HR environments and understanding HR processes
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in HR systems, particularly SAP HCM or SuccessFactors
