Sales Consultant (Waterfall)

Are you passionate about sales and delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team at a cellular kiosk in Waterfall. In this exciting role, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect Vodacom products, Easy2Own devices, and SIM cards while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Welcome all customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Become an expert in Vodacom prepaid deals, promotions, and the Easy2Own platform.
• Assist customers with the RICA process, ensuring all legal requirements are accurately completed.
• Guide customers through the Easy2Own device purchasing process, including setup and activation.
• Offer helpful after-sales support, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
• Keep organized records of device repairs, update customers on progress, and follow up as needed.
• Accurately process transactions using various payment methods like cash and cards.
• Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets for SIM cards, devices, and accessories.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, detailing all transactions and customer interactions.
• Ensure the kiosk is always clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies to provide up-to-date information.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

• Previous experience in retail or cellular sales is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and assist multiple customers efficiently.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with sales platforms and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team.
