Rewards Specialist

Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about compensation and benefits? FROGG Recruitment is searching for a dedicated Rewards Specialist to join a global international client in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This exciting full-time role involves designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices within the organization.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. This involves evaluating current offerings, recommending changes based on feedback and market trends, and ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Program Development: Design and implement innovative reward programs, such as bonuses, incentives, and recognition initiatives, to boost employee engagement and performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify key trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, utilizing HRIS and other relevant data management tools.
  • Employee Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, providing clear, accurate, and helpful information.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in compensation and benefits administration or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively to a team environment.

Salary

The salary for this position is negotiable, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
