Job Overview
Our global international client is seeking a highly experienced Rewards Specialist to join their team in Stellenbosch, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent.
Key Responsibilities
The Rewards Specialist will be responsible for:
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Designing and implementing reward programs, including bonuses, incentives, and recognition initiatives
- Analyzing compensation and benefits data to identify trends and making recommendations for improvements
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management on compensation and benefits metrics
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS)
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
