What You’ll Do:

As our Retail Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our store’s success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
• Managing day-to-day store operations and sales activities.
• Implementing innovative strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Maintaining high merchandising standards to attract customers.
• Providing daily sales reports to staff and management.
• Overseeing ongoing training and development for all employees, ensuring strong product knowledge.
• Strengthening brand awareness within the Pretoria area.
• Upholding work procedures and holding staff accountable for performance standards.

Who We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

• A Matric Senior Certificate.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and email.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with at least 5 years of previous management experience in a retail environment.
• The ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively within a team.
• A valid Driver’s License and your own reliable transport.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Basic HR knowledge is a plus.
• A positive, hands-on “can-do” attitude and keen attention to detail.
