Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Screening and sourcing suitable candidates to meet client personnel requirements.
• Preparing and typing professional CVs for client submissions.
• Conducting thorough reference checks to verify candidate backgrounds.
• Performing qualification checks to ensure candidates meet educational and professional criteria.
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience working specifically within a Recruitment Agency is essential.
• Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is required.
• Computer Skills: Fully computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advantageous: Current APSO (Association of Personnel Service Organisations) membership will be a significant advantage.

Salary & Commission

This position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from R5,000 to R15,000 per month, plus uncapped commission based on your performance and placements.
