Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.
- Screening and sourcing top-tier candidates to match client personnel requirements.
- Professionally typing and formatting CVs for client presentation.
- Conducting thorough reference and qualification checks.
- Performing insightful interviews to assess candidate suitability.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven Recruitment Agency experience is essential.
- Education: Must possess a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Fully computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advantageous: Current APSO membership will be highly beneficial.
