Project Manager (Mpumalanga and Limpopo)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading and overseeing project planning, execution, and successful delivery.
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Maintaining strict control over project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Providing strong leadership, guidance, and support to your project team.
• Ensuring high-quality standards and effective processes are consistently applied.
• Reporting on project progress and managing expectations of all stakeholders.
• Handling additional tasks as required to ensure overall project success.

What You’ll Need:

• A Senior Certificate (Matric) is essential.
• An essential Project Management Certification.
• PMBOK or Prince 2 Certification is required.
• A strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (non-negotiable).
• An IT qualification would be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience managing technology projects, specifically in ICT areas such as Cabling, VOIP, UC, CCTV, Server Rollout, and Security Projects.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate or higher), with strong Excel skills.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in IT Project Management methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying and managing risks and issues.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Driven to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
• Highly accurate with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
