About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and engineering projects. You will work within a fast-paced environment, applying strong project governance and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle delivery of complex ICT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet agreed quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that detail scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and budgetary requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
• Oversee projects from their initial concept through to successful completion.

What You Need to Succeed (Requirements & Skills)

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management, specifically handling complex projects valued over R50 million.
• Solid experience as a Project Manager within the ICT, Telecommunications, or Engineering industries.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, systems, or engineering solutions.
• PMP Certification or an equivalent qualification (such as PRINCE2, Agile PM, etc.) is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
• Ability to manage project risks and budgets effectively.
