The Role: Product Manager (Salesforce)

As a Product Manager focusing on Salesforce, you will work closely with the Product Head to develop and optimize our Salesforce-based solutions. Your main goal will be to guide the entire product lifecycle, from initial idea to deployment, ensuring that developments align with business needs and technical capabilities. You will play a key role in prioritizing product builds and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap development for Salesforce-based banking solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver effective digital products.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle: ideation, development, deployment, and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Drive Agile product development processes and prioritize the product backlog.
• Create business analysis documents to support product design and delivery.
• Conduct workshops and facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Ensure product delivery adheres to regulatory compliance and risk management standards.
• Mentor and coach product and business analysis teams.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• At least 3 years in a management, team management, or team lead role, specifically within senior product development or as a Product Manager/Owner.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing, developing, and delivering Salesforce products.
• Proven experience working at tactical and operational levels, contributing to product strategy and business planning.
• Non-negotiable practical knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities.
• Experience integrating business and technical product segments to achieve objectives and targets.
• Career history includes time in one or more technical roles.
• Skilled in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various business units.
• Proficient in authoring product lifecycle documents, including business plans, roadmaps, business cases, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Experience scoping and running usability studies and customer research.
• Ability to use data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.
• Experience in client development and validating products through customer feedback.
• Adept at aligning operational initiatives and projects to corporate strategies.
• Capable of achieving goals through cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing and working with remote/hybrid teams.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-functional teams for business development in a banking/financial environment.

Education:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree
