Procurement Analyst

Our wholesale client is looking for a Procurement Analyst with3+ years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting the procurement team with insights that drive cost savings, efficiency, and strategic sourcing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse procurement and inventory data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize stock levels. Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, pricing trends, and procurement KPIs. Support the procurement team with supplier evaluations, contract management, and sourcing decisions.

Minimum Requirements

A Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, or related field is required. The ideal candidate will have3+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain analysis, preferably in a wholesale/distribution environment. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro, Sage) are essential.
