

Process Analyst (Stellenbosch)
Job Overview
Capitec Bank is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Process Analyst to join their team in Stellenbosch.
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement and develop business process solutions in support of Capitec Bank’s vision and strategy.
- Analyse, improve, design, and implement end-to-end business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure new or improved processes and procedures meet internal standards and comply with industry best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or Six Sigma (Green Belt) or Information Technology (IT) or Engineering
- Grade12 National Certificate / Vocational
Ideal or Preferred:
- A relevant post-graduate qualification in Business Analysis or IT or Engineering
Experience
Minimum:
- 3 years’ proven experience in Analytical or Business Improvement type of work
- Proven experience in data analytics and business process / system process design, development, and implementation
Ideal:
- 3 years’ relevant experience in designing, maintaining, supporting, and implementing banking processes and procedures
- Strategic business case development / business model design / implementation
Knowledge and Skills
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Business Change Life Cycle, System Development Life Cycle, and Project Management Life Cycle, as well as skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required
- Able to work from Stellenbosch and the Client Engagement Centre when required
