Job Summary
The University of Johannesburg (UJ) is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to join its Enterprise Systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and unit testing of technical solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Job Description
The Oracle Technical Developer will provide technical development support for reports, functions, workflows, interfaces, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) extensions development solutions. The role involves delivering expert-level technical and functional support for Oracle EBS Applications, including HRMS, Financials, and SCM modules, as well as Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and unit test technical solutions within Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Provide technical development support for reports, functions, workflows, interfaces, and OAF extensions development solutions.
- Deliver expert-level technical and functional support for Oracle EBS Applications and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Analyze, document, and support system changes, enhancements, and development activities.
- Lead technical investigations to diagnose Oracle EBS system issues and identify appropriate resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
- Oracle Developer Certificate or Oracle Cloud Fusion certificate.
- Five (5) years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS modules: HRMS, Financials, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
