The Program:
Launched in 2016, we empower former public servants (city, county, tribal, state, or federal) who recently left after championing social progress.
Ideal Candidates:
Open Society seeks leaders who:
- Recently exited government service (within the last two years) – especially CEOs or senior management.
- Challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives to social change.
- Embrace any political background, as long as you’re passionate about progress.

Scholarship Benefits:
