Operations Manager

Our Airfreight logistics client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain existing business, and drive new business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales, administration, operations, and a small team.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of4-5 years of experience in the freight industry, specifically in airfreight exports, and2-5 years of experience in account management or business development in the logistics environment.

Other essential requirements include:

• Understanding of Dangerous Goods regulations
• Experience in customer service, account management, and business development
• Ability to handle weekly and monthly financial reports
• Budget management experience
• Experience in managing small teams
